Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our shipping is discreet, and returns are possible as long as the conditions below are met.

Important: hygiene product

Our products are hygiene products. Therefore, strict conditions apply:

Returns are only possible if the seal is completely intact
Opened or used products will not be accepted
Breaking the seal voids the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code

Cooling-off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product is unopened and sealed
The product has not been used
The product is in its original packaging
All supplied parts are present
The return is registered within 30 days of receipt
The product is returned within 14 days of registration

Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and not refunded.

Return Costs

The costs for return shipment are at your own expense. We advise always sending a return with Track & Trace.
If a return shipment does not reach us, no refund can be made. The risk of the return shipment lies with the sender.

Average: approximately €7.25 per package

Please include your name and order number.

Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Damaged or incorrect product

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

If your product is damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return:

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price
Including the original shipping costs

The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment or once proof of shipment has been received.

Hygiëne-uitzondering

Om hygiënische redenen kunnen geopende of gebruikte producten niet worden geretourneerd. Dit is conform de Europese consumentenwetgeving voor verzegelde goederen die om hygiënische redenen niet geschikt zijn voor retourzending nadat de verzegeling is verbroken.
